Nneena Belle ships via USPS and UPS. For standard ground shipping, please allow 2-9 business days for the arrival of your merchandise. If you requested expedited delivery, your merchandise will be guaranteed to arrive within 3 business days, or your shipping fees will be refunded*. If an item is no longer available or will be delayed, you will be notified via email.

*Please note that, on occasion, there are circumstances that arise within the transportation industry that are beyond the control of any retailer. If there are delays in delivery due to inclement weather, lost or misrouted packages or strike to due to UPS and or the USPS, Nneena Belle cannot be held liable or guarantee a specific delivery date. Nneena Belle International Shipping Policy

Nneena Belle, LLC will provide international shipping services via the United States Postal Service with payment processing using PayPal Invoicing*. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions of shipping materials and the shipping destination. The minimum shipping charge is the published standard shipping rate of $7.50 USD. (International orders are not eligible for free shipping for purchases over $100.00 USD.)

Complete Your Purchase in 4 Easy Steps:

1. Submit an email to orders@nneenabelle.com providing the following information:

• Name
• Shipping Address
• Phone number
• Product Name
• Size
• Color
• Quantity

2. Once your email has been received, your shipping charges will be calculated and you will receive an email detailing the total charges, which will include the shipping and the cost of the product as well as the estimated delivery time.

3. If you reply confirming your agreement to the charges, an invoice will be emailed to you via PayPal along with instructions on how to complete the payment transaction.

4. Once your payment has been received, your order will be shipped.

*You are not required to have a PayPal account to complete this transaction.

Customs, Duty & Taxes
It is a legal requirement that the full value of the purchased goods be declared, excluding the shipping charges, on all products shipped outside of the United States and therefore, your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. The amount of customs duty, if any, depends on the type of goods and their value. All charges for customs clearance must be assumed by you.
With all of these variances, Nneena Belle LLC has no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they may be.

Returning Goods On Which Duty Has Been Paid
If you have paid import customs duty for goods received, and subsequently return the goods to Nneena Belle LLC, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local Customs authority. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (e.g. certificate of shipment) when claiming your refund.
